Ask us a question

(we will post the answer here a.s.a.p.)

6th April 2012 - 07:28 (About grubba)

why does grubba log me out each time I try to export a list?

Exporting during peak hours is sometimes painfully slow.
We have some issues with exporting large datasets. Up to 10 fields Grubba is fast, the more fields, the slower the system gets.

The exporting itself works, but before it comes to downloading, the browser is logged out. So i added an extra function. In the first (welcome page) you'll find a link to the latest download (only .csv at this point) on the bottom right of the page. Just click the export icon, have a cup of tea (or two), and click this link to download the .csv.

Another option is to use Opera. Opera does not logout sessions as Explorer does. Just click the export icon and let it run until the save file dialog appears. This can take up to 10 minutes.

If all things fail, please don't hesitate to contact me again. I can check how busy your db-section is or do the exporting for you.

Oh, and the new application solves the slow-exporting problems.
